【Abstract】 This paper presents the system design of vehicle speed violation detec tion / identification system, which utilizes a number of technologies such as vi edo detecting, vehicle license plate recognition, wireless communication network and GPS timing. Tests on Guangdong freeways show that the system is reliable, e ffective and practicable. This paper also discusses the application of the syste m in traffic management of Guangdong province.更多还原
