【Abstract】 The modern management of highway network requires a comput er manageme nt system, which can deal with information rapidly and efficiently, can provide policy decision correctly and can utilize information synthetically. For this de mand, the fundamental geographic information database and the highway informatio n database have been established via traffic information collection system by GI S technology. A dynamic electronic map system has been developed furthermore. Th e conclusion of traffic information analysis is outputted visually, which provid es accurate and intuitive decision information for the highway management depart ment or the planning department.更多还原
