【摘要】 在石油射孔完井作业中,射孔弹架起着携带和准确定位射孔弹的作用。由于石油井下环境温度有时达150℃,因此对生产石油射孔弹架的胶粘剂提出了较高的耐温要求;另外,随着射孔新技术的不断发展,要求射孔弹爆炸后射孔弹架能够自行销毁,这就要求在胶粘剂中加入含能填料,使其在爆炸能量的作用下能够稳定燃烧自毁。经过多次试验应用证明,所研制的胶粘剂完全能够满足其性能要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In well shooting operation,shooting frame functions to shoot firmly and accurately.A serious requirement is for the glue because of high temperature in down hole.The frame should be destroyed by melting or burning itself as the technology develops.A chemical agent shall be added in glue in order to melting or burning itself after shooting finished.The experiment proved that the glue presented in this paper will satisfy operation requirement.更多还原
