【Abstract】 This paper introduces the concept of OpenGIS, reviews the history of GIS software development and analyzes the existing problems at present with GIS development. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the advantage of COM technology, this paper brings forward the idea of designing 3-demension visual COMGIS for railway structures. The function of 3-demension visual COMGIS is partly realized and the trend of GIS development is pointed out.更多还原
