CaO-Al2O3-P2O5-SiO2体系耐水性及其机理初探
Study on Water-resistance Property of CaO-Al2O3-P2O5-SiO2 System
【摘要】 通过对耐水性指数、力学性能及离子溶出浓度等参数的测定,以及运用XRD、SEM和压汞测孔法等手段,分析了CaO-Al2O3-P2O5-SiO2体系的耐水性机理。结果表明,C-A-P-S体系的水化产物具有良好的化学稳定性、难溶,且其主要矿相LS.S有连续与水反应生成水化磷铝酸钙的特性,因而该体系硬化浆体在长期浸水的的情况下仍具有优异的孔结构,从而表现出良好的耐水性。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of water-resistance of CaO-Al2O3-P2O5-SiO2 system is analyzed based on the water-resistance property and other parameters measured with the techniques of XRD,SEM and mercury intrusion porosimetry. The results show that CaO-Al2O3-P2O5-SiO2 system holds good water-resistance property because of high stable hydrates, excellent pore structure and self- restoring performance.
