泥浆泵40MnB大曲轴铸件的热工艺改进

【摘要】 总结了石家庄煤矿机械有限责任公司泥浆泵大曲轴的工艺技术改进过程,介绍了大曲轴铸造生产工艺条件.通过计算机模拟曲轴凝固过程,确定了合理的浇冒口系统,实现了确定浇冒口位置、大小过程的透明度.避免了缩裂、缩孔、缩松缺陷.减低了生产实验成本,提高了生产效率.改进铸件结构,合理使用冷铁,消除了热裂缺陷,降低了铸造应力.合理的热处理工艺消除了残余应力,提高了机加工精度.中温浇注,频补冒口,热割冒口,注重细节管理,有效地解决了泥浆泵40MnB大曲轴生产中的问题,取得了良好的效果.
【Abstract】 Technology improvement process of large-sized crankshaft used in SCM’s mud pumps is summarized and casting craftsmanship about it is introduced.The reasonable gate and riser system is determined by imimating the solidification in computer,making visible the process of determining the location and size of gate or riser.In this way the shortcomings such as shringkage crack,shrinkage caviry and shrinkage loose are avoided,at the same time,the testing cost of production is reduced and capacity is improved.The hot-crack flaw and casting stress are also diminished by improving the casting structure and using chill-iron.The rational heat treatment diminishes the residue stress and improves the precision of machining.The problems are solved well by medium temperature casting,amending the gate frequently,and paying attention to the managemen in detail.All of this also has good effect in the process of casting.It advances casting and heat treatment technology to a higher level in SCM co.,Ltd.It can also help to make the production competitive.
