激光照射对白兰瓜种子萌发期淀粉酶活性的影响
EFFECT OF LASER IRRADIATION ON AMYLASE IN THE SEEDS OF BAILAN MELON DURING GERMINATION
【摘要】 用 5 32 .0nm、6 32 .8nm、6 5 0 .0nm3种不同波长的激光照射白兰瓜种子 ,发现 6 32 .8nm的激光处理可以极大的提高淀粉酶的含量和活力 ,并在 4 8小时处淀粉酶同工酶有新的酶带出现 ,说明 6 32 .8nm波长的激光能有效的激活白兰瓜种子萌发期的淀粉酶 ,加速物质和能量的代谢 ,提高种子的萌发活力。
【Abstract】 The seeds of Cucumis melo cv.Bailan were irradiated by laser at different optical maser wavelength: 532.0 nm、632.8 nm、650.0 nm. The results showed that optical maser wavelength of 632.8 nm could promote both content of amylase and vigor of amylase. To 48 hours, new enzyme zone of amylase isoenzyme were found. It was indicated that the optical maser wavelength of 632.8 nm could active amylase effectively, accelerate the metabolism of substance and energy and finally increased the germinative of the seeds.
