【摘要】 目的研究内囊出血大鼠血浆及心肌组织匀浆中孤啡肽含量变化及在急性心肌损害中的作用。方法通过建立大鼠内囊出血模型,用放免法(RIA)测定血浆及心肌组织匀浆中孤啡肽含量。结果大鼠内囊出血组血浆及心肌组织匀浆中孤啡肽含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论孤啡肽含量变化在内囊出血后急性心肌损害过程中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the level changes of orphanin FQ in the plasma and the myocardial tissue of rat with internal capsule hemorrhage.Methods The levels of orphanin FQ in the plasma and the myocardial tissue of rat with internal capsule hemorrhage were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA).Results Levels of orphanin FQ in the plasma and the myocardial tissue of rat with internal capsule hemorrhage increased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion Orphanin FQ plays an important role in causing myocardial injury after internal capsule hemorrhage.更多还原
