西龙池上水库全风化层置换料配合比试验研究
Mixing experiment on replacement materials of weathered layer for Xilongchi Upper Reservior
【摘要】 以现场筑坝材料的垫层料为粗细集料,32.5级普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,通过试验研究确定出了满足变形模量为1000~2000MPa的西龙池上水库全风化层置换料的配合比.该配合比水泥用量为40~50kg/m3,用水量为60~65kg/m3,垫层料为2150~2200kg/m3.置换料配合比简单,采用碾压方法施工,可最大限度地降低工程造价,并且具有较好的抗弯能力.
【Abstract】 With the local bedding materials as coarse and fine aggregates and portland cement grade 32.5 as the cementitious materials,a mixing experiment is carried out for the replacement material of weathered layer in Xilongchi Upper Reservoir.The mixing ratio of the replacement material,meeting the requirement of deformation modulus between 1000~2000 MPa,is obtained by 40~50 kg/m~3 of cement,60~65 kg/m~3 of water and 2 150~2 200 kg/m~3 of bedding materials.By backfilling the replacement material with rolling method,the construction cost can be lowered significantly.
