【摘要】 预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)在输水过程中承受外荷载,在应力场作用下产生裂缝,影响结构的稳定性.根据美国规范AWWAC301、AWWAC304中的极限状态设计方法设计预应力钢筒混凝土管,对所设计的PCCP管进行有限元模拟,分析了PCCP管应力应变以及破坏机理,并比较了规范法和有限元法的计算结果.为预应力钢筒混凝土管的设计提供计算分析参考.

【Abstract】 The pre-stressed steel cylindrical concrete pipe (PCCP) endures exterior loads during transferring water, so it may crack under the effects from the stress field possibly, which will have an impact on the structure of the pipe. The design of a pre-stressed steel cylindrical concrete pipe is discussed in accordance with the design method based on the limited condition from the standards of AWWA C301 and AWWA C304 from the American Water Works Association herein, and then the designed pipe is modeled with the method of the finite element analysis, in which both the stress-strain status and the destructive mechanism of the pipe are analyzed and the comparison is made between the calculation results from the method based on the standard and the method of the finite element analysis as well. On the whole, the discussion given herein provides a reference for the calculation and the analysis in the design of the pre-stressed steel cylindrical concrete pipe.
