【摘要】 对基于H.263的视频编码、解码的原理进行了分析,在H.263视频压缩数据的码流结构的基础上,应用C++作为开发工具,将视频编码、解码的复杂过程封装为动态链接库,为用户提供良好的二次开发接口,并且对开发的动态链接库进行了测试,实现视频的连续动态采集、压缩处理、传输。该研究已成功地应用于基于电话网的远程视频监控系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 A research with the software implementation of video encode and decode based on H.263 is presented.Based on the code flow structure of H.263 video frequency compress theory,with the tool of C++,the process of video frequency encode and decode was encapsulated dynamic link library and the excellent quadratic development interface were provised for the users.Furthermore,the library has been tested and the continuous dynamic gathering、compressing and transmitting of video frequency can be easily complimented.This search has been implemented in the remote video frequency monitoring system based on PSTN successfully.更多还原
