【Abstract】 In order to achieve the modern management for the watercraft management department,the working principle and design method of theinmarsat-D+satellite communication system were studied,combining GIS,MIS,database management system with internet technology,carried out the basic ideas of the main functions and software programming of the monitoring system based on inmarsat-D+ satellite communication system.Thesystem has achieved thefunctions of remoteand real-time monitoring,automaticalierting,querying and recording to the watercraft in the world,so the system has offered the watercraft management department an intutionistic,efficient,accurate and modern technology manner to implement the safety monitoring and control for the watercraft.更多还原
