【摘要】 分析了当前计算机电话集成(CTI)技术的现状,指出微机平台上CTI技术存在的根本问题,提出了一种新型CTI设备的设计方案,基于快速转换方法,摒弃了传统板卡上复杂的信号和信令处理操作,降低了设备复杂程度,使CTI系统的部署更加灵活,分析了这种设备的优点和缺点,并对它的应用前景做了一些探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the current situation of CTI technology is analyzed and the main problem of CTI technology based on microcomputer is pointed out, then the design of CTI equipment based on FastTran method is put forward, which gets rid of the complicated disposal of signal and message, reduces the complication of CTI equipment and makes the disposal of CTI system easy. The advantages and disad- vantages of the equipment are studied. At last, the forecast of application of this equipment is discussed.更多还原
