【Abstract】 The construction cost default has been a key problem that perplexes our country building industry to develop healthily. This paper analyzes concrete problems and causes of construction cost default, comments on the related guarantee system of building engineering, clarifies the law that our country building engineering guarantee system based on, builds up a basic frame of construction cost guarantee mechanism and circulating mechanism. It lays the foundation for resolving ultimately construction cost default and arouses questions of service fee default, and managing of construction cost default by a long effect mechanism.更多还原
