采用变流量技术降低混匀料粒度偏析
LOWER THE PARTICLE SEGREGATION OF BLENDING MATERIAL BY FLOW VARIETY
【摘要】 为提高原料的混匀效果,采用了变流量技术降低混匀料的粒度偏析,建立了逐层变流量堆料系统的数学模型,并在此基础上开发了控制系统。使用本系统后原料混匀效果明显改善,混匀料质量提高,烧结产量和质量指标有了明显改善。
【Abstract】 In order to increase the blending effect of raw material,a mathematical model of pileup material system with flow volume varying layer-by-layer is established,and a control system is developed on the foundation.The key technology and principle are discussed.Using the system,the blending effect of material is improved obviously,and the quality of the blending material is raised,the output of sinter and the quality are improved evidently.
