改性膨润土改善铁矿球团性能的工业试验

【摘要】 球团生产中配加有机改性膨润土,明显改善了生球的强度和提高了生球爆裂温度。工业试验结果表明,与常规膨润土加入量为2·8%相比,改性膨润土2号配比为1·6%时,其生球落下强度由未改性的4·5次/0·5m提高到5·3次/0·5m,爆裂温度均大于650℃,成品球抗压强度由3211N/个提高到4625N/个,成品球的铁品位约提高了1·03个百分点,成品球粒度组成由8~16mm占57%提高到占80%以上。

【Abstract】 By adding organic activated bentonite in palletizing production, the strength and shock temperature of green balls were improved obviously. The industrial test shows that as compared with 2.8% conventional bentonite addition rate ,at 1.6% addition rate of №2 organic activated bentonite, the green impact strength was increased from 4.5time/0.5 m to 5.3time/0.5 m, the shock temperature were all above 650 ℃,the product pellet compression strength was increased from 3211 N/P to 4625 N/P, the product pellet iron grade was increased around 1.03 point percent, and the 8~16mm part was increased from 57% to above 80%.
