【Abstract】 This paper introduced a statistics simulation with Monte Carlo method to solve problems of evaluating uncertainty with confidence level. The method makes precise relationship between combined uncertainty and confidence level, especially for high confidence level. The paper explains the process of method and shows application of the method by two examples. Author thinks that the method may be as a complement for standards of evaluation of uncertainty in measurement.更多还原
