【Abstract】 HPLC finger-print chromatograph of decoction of sinisan was set up by the method of HPLC and by means of Kromasil C18 Column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm).The condition of HPLC:Acetonitrile-0.05% Phosphoric acid water sol- vent gradient programming,wavelength,240nm、210nm of and flow rate,1.0 ml.min-1.Four main compositions were confirmed initially.The HPLC finger-print chromatograph can be used to control the quality of decoction of sinisan and eatablish the foundation for the chemical compositons researching.更多还原
