液质联用技术(LC/MS)在中药现代研究中的应用

【摘要】 液质联用技术将液相色谱(LC)的高分离效能与质谱(MS)的强大结构鉴定功能结合起来,已逐渐成为中药现代研究的强有力手段。本文以研究实例,从中药化学成分的快速筛选、药材品种鉴定、质量控制方法以及体内代谢几个方面,对液质联用技术在中药现代研究中的应用进行了简要评述,并分析了目前阻碍其广泛应用的主要原因和解决方法。

【Abstract】 The combined technique of LC/MS is growing into one of the most powerful analytical techniques for the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) since it combines the high efficiency of LC separation with the confident structural identification of mass spectrometric detection. By exemplifying the results of the researches which have recently been carried out by the authors of this article in some widely used medicinal herbs, this article makes a brief comment on the application of LC/MS to the following four aspects in the modern research of TCM: the rapid screening of TCM chemical elements, the identification of the species of medicinal plants, the quality control and the in vivo metabolism of TCM medicinal materials. In addition, it analyzes the main reasons that hold back the widespread application of this technique and puts forward measures for it.
