新型压力容器用钢的热处理与性能
Heat Treatment and Mechanical Properties of New Pressure Vessel Steel
【摘要】 研究了新型压力容器用钢的热处理与性能。结果表明,该钢经960℃×1.5h水淬+630℃×1.5h空冷回火后,可获得最佳性能:σ0.2=640MPa,σb=740MPa,δ=21%,ψ=75%,AKV=323J,硬度203HB。室温组织为铁素体及弥散的析出物。
【Abstract】 Curve of continuous cooling transformation(CCT) of new steel used for pressure vessel was measured by using formastor thermal dilatometer.The results show that F+P are obtained with the cooling rate of 1℃/min~10℃/min;F+P+B and little M are obtained with the cooling rate of 5℃/min ~1℃/s;F+P+M are obtained with the cooling rate of 1℃/s ~2℃/s and F+M are obtained with the cooling rate of 2℃/s ~50℃/s respectively.
