低合金耐磨钢铲齿的研制
Devolopment of Low-alloy Wear-resistant Steel for Dipper Leeth
【摘要】 研究了铲齿用低合金耐磨钢的化学成分、组织性能和热处理工艺,确定了铲齿用低合金耐磨钢的化学成分范围。这种钢经局部淬火后,铲尖工作部位可获得马氏体/下贝氏体复相组织,具有较高的硬度、足够的冲击韧度和优良的耐磨性(>50HRC、αK>39J/cm2,耐磨性是普通高锰钢的1.4倍以上)。
【Abstract】 The chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of the low-alloy wear-resistant cast steel as well as its heat treatment process was studied. The suitable composition of low alloy steel for the dipper teeth component was selected. The microstructure of this kind of steel treated by part quenching in the tip of dipper teeth is the complex of the martensite and bainite, which possesses high hardness(>50 HRC),enough toughness (αK>39 J/cm2 ) and high wear resistance, the wear resistance of this low alloy steel is more than 1.4 times of the common high manganese steel.
