搅拌工艺参数对半固态AZ91D镁合金流变性能的影响
Influence of Stirring Technological Parameters on Rheological Behavior of AZ91D Alloy
【摘要】 通过自行设计制造的一套半固态镁合金机械搅拌装置,制备了AZ91D镁合金半固态浆料,研究了工艺参数对半固态镁合金流变性能的影响。结果表明,适合镁合金的半固态温度为5 60~5 70℃,其相对应的固相体积分数为41%~48%。在剪切速率为79.75s-1、剪切时间为2 40s时就可使半固态镁合金获得良好的流变性能。
【Abstract】 The AZ91D magnesium alloy semi solid metal slurry was prepared by a self made mechanical stirring setting. The effect of technological parameters on the rheological behavior of semi solid magnesium alloy was studied.The results show that the semi solid temperature suited for magnesium alloy is 560~570 ℃,and the corresponding solid fraction range from 41% to 48%. The rheological behavior of semi solid magnesium alloy is favorable when the shear rate is 79.75s -1 and the shearing time is 240s.
