Cr-Mo等离子表面冶金高速钢及其性能研究
Study on Mo-Cr Plasuma Surface Alloying High Speed Steel and Its Performance
【摘要】 介绍了在Q235钢表面进行Cr Mo等离子合金化及渗碳、淬回火和深冷处理而获得表面高性能强化层的技术方法。结果表明,经深冷处理的试样表面硬度达到1 600 HV,明显高于未经过深冷处理的合金层表面硬度。摩擦磨损实验表明,经不同深冷处理试样的滑动摩擦系数基本相同,但与未经深冷处理的试样相比,摩擦系数降低大约15%。
【Abstract】 The Cr-Mo plasma alloying and carburizing,hardening and tempering,low-temperature hardening treatment technology were introduced on the surface of Q235 steel samples.The results show that the hardness of cryogenic treatment surface is up to 1600HV much more than other technology.Friction coefficient of the cryogenic treatment sample ssurface was reduced by 15% at least.Along with the longer of cryogenic treatment,friction coefficient was reduced a little.
