粉末冶金制备非连续增强MB15镁基复合材料时效行为的研究

【摘要】 研究了SiC颗粒和钛合金(TC4)颗粒对MB15镁合金145℃时效硬化行为的影响以及SiCp/MB15和TC4p/MB15复合材料的室温拉伸性能随时效时间的变化规律。结果表明,增强颗粒的加入加速了MB15的时效速度,但并未改变其时效硬化的基本规律;MB15及其复合材料的时效硬化曲线上均存在双峰现象;两种复合材料抗拉强度和屈服强度的峰值与其较高的硬度峰值基本对应。

【Abstract】 Effect of SiC particles (SiC_p) and Ti-alloy(TC4) particles (TC4_p) on the age-hardening behavior of MB15 alloy at 145℃, and effect of ageing treatment on the mechanical properties of SiC_p/MB15 and TC4_p/MB15 composites were investigated respectively by microhardness-testing and tensile tests.The results show that the addition of SiC_p and TC4_p accelerates the age-hardening process of MB15 alloy despite without altering its basic ageing mechanism; two peaks exist in the age-hardening curves of both the unreinforced and the reinforced MB15 alloy; moreover, the strength peaks basically agree with the higher hardness-peaks for the both composites.
