【摘要】 产业区位问题一直是区域经济学、经济地理学和产业组织学等学科的重要研究内容。 在全球化的浪潮中，跨国公司产业区位的形成出现在两种截然相反的过程，即在全球尺度上区 位选择的分散性和区域尺度上区位选择的集聚性，并且本地产业也出现了许多不确定性集聚， 形成了传统的区位理论无法解释的悖论。作者运用产业区位形成的要素变化理论、价值链和全 球产业链理论以及全球化下的本地化理论来解释这种现象，试图为现代产业区位的选择提供理 论基础。在此基础上，文章提出了对发展中国家的几点启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industry location issue has been the important research content of disciplines,such as regional economics,economic geography and industry histology,etc.In the tide of globalization, the forming of industry location showed two kinds of courses that completely contradict,that is, the location scattering on globe scale and location agglomeration on region scale,and the local industrial agglomeration uncertainty,which the traditional location theory can not explain. Applying the key factors changing theory which forms industrial location,value chain and global industrial chain theory,the localization theory under globalization background,the author explains the phenomenon and attempts to offer the theoretical foundation for choice of the modem industry location.Based on this,the article proposed some enlightenment for China.更多还原
