唐山市综合防灾管理信息系统研究
Management information system for integrated disasters prevention in Tangshan city
【摘要】 根据唐山市的实际资料,分析了控制综合成灾的主要影响因素和综合成灾机理。针对各种致灾因子间关联关系的复杂性,建立了基于人工神经网络的综合成灾危险性评价模型,确定了模型因子和关联系数矩阵。基于功能设计了唐山市综合防灾信息系统,介绍了系统功能和界面,分析了唐山市综合灾害危险性的分布,并对唐山市的综合防灾工作提出了几点建议。
【Abstract】 Based on data collected in Tangshan city, main factors and mechanism of integrated disasters are analyzed. Neural network method is used to establish disaster risk evaluation model, then the parameters in model and correlation factor matrix are determined. In this paper management information system of integrated disaster prevention based on function is designed,its function and interface are introduced, the distribution ofintegrated disasters risk in Tangshan city is analyzed. Some suggestions for the integrated disastersprevention are given in the end.
