【摘要】 研究生血宝颗粒治疗缺铁性贫血的药理作用基础。采用低铁饲料饲养加失血方法制备大鼠缺铁性贫血模型,以硫酸亚铁所含铁元素为标准,使生血宝颗粒各组含有与硫酸亚铁组等量的铁元素分别进行治疗。观察记录各组血色素和全血铁恢复情况,计算铁的相对生物吸收利用率。结果:在铁剂服用量相等的情况下,与硫酸亚铁组比较,生血宝使模型动物血色素及全血铁恢复的作用明显增强。低、中、高剂量的生血宝分别较单纯硫酸亚铁组铁的相对吸收利用率提高了10%、7%和13%。结论:生血宝可促进铁的吸收利用、提高全血铁的含量,适用于治疗缺铁性贫血。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the basic pharmacological action of " Shengxue-bao Granule" in treating iron-deficiency anemia, iron element contained in ferrous sulfate as standard, rats of iron-deficiency anemia prepared by low-iron feed and blood loss were treated by "Shengxuebao Granule" or ferrous sulfale The recovery of he-malochrome and whole blood were observed and recorded, iron absorption and usage rate were calculated. Results:The effect of recovery of whole blood and hematochrome in rats could be enhanced significantly by " Shengxurbao Granule" as compared with the ferrous sulfate group as the same dose of chalybeate taken in the two groups. The relalive absorption and usage rate of low, medium and high dose of "Shengxuebao Granule" were respectively raised 10% ,7% and 13% as compared with the ferrous sulfate group. Conclusion:" Shengxuebao Granule" had the effects of promoting iron absorption and usage,recovery of whole blood in rats of iron-deficiency anemia, so the Granule has better basis of pharmacological action for treating iron-deficiency anemia.更多还原
