【摘要】 为观察悸安冲剂Ⅰ治疗冠心病心律失常的临床疗效,将125例患者随机分成2组,均予肠溶阿斯匹林和丽珠欣乐治疗。治疗组(65例)在此基础上加用中药悸安冲剂,对照组(60例)加用心律平,疗程4周。结果:治疗组在改善心悸等各项临床症状方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05;P<0.01)。提示悸安冲剂治疗冠心病心律失常有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical effects of "Ji’an Granule" in the treatment of coronary arrhythmia, 125 subjects were randomized into two groups and both treated by Aspirin and Isosorbide Mononitrate. In addition, 65 cases in treatment group were given "Jian Granule" and another 60 cases in control group were given Propafenone. Four weeks later, the clinical effects were observed. Results:The clinical symptoms improved obviously better in treatment group than in control group (P <0. 05 ; P < 0.01).
