【摘要】 探讨慢性乙型肝炎中医分型与病毒负载量及其复制性关系,选取 275名慢性乙肝患者,观察血清HBV- DNA、乙肝血清病毒标志物含量。结果:实证湿热内阻型HBV- DNA处于中高载量,提示病毒含量与湿热轻重密切相关,湿热越重者病毒含量越高;虚证组患者中病毒复制活跃,提示虚证患者存在免疫耐受的现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the relationship between Chinese syndrome differentiation and the quantity and replication of virus in hepatitis B, 275 cases were studied on their syndromes, quantity and replication of hepatitis B virus in blood. The results showed that the quality of virus in sthenia syndromes were higher than the asthenia syndromes, which demonstrates the quantity of virus may relate to different syndromes; there was positive relationship between asthenia syndrome and the degree of virus replication, indicating that there was immue-tolerance in asthenia syndromes.更多还原
