苜蓿生物活性多糖提取工艺的研究
Studies on the Extraction Technology of Alfalfa Polysaccharide
【摘要】 本试验对苜蓿生物活性多糖的提取进行优化研究,选择热水浸提,以浸提时间、料水比以及醇析浓度进行正交设计试验,结果表明:苜蓿生物活性多糖提取最佳条件为醇析浓度95%,料水比1∶20,煮沸浸提1h,粗多糖得率11.29%。
【Abstract】 Conditions of the extraction of alfalfa polysaccharide were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The effects of three factors are the time of extraction,the proportion of water volume and concentration of alcohol.The optimum conditions of extraction were obtained: adding 20 times of water in alfalfa for 2 hours and precipitated with 95% alcohol.Extracting rate of crude polysaccharide was 11.29%.
