SA与高温锻炼对高温逆境下葡萄幼苗叶片钙离子水平的影响
Effect of SA and Heat Acclimation Pretreatment on the Level of Calcium in Young Grape Plants under High Temperature Stress
【摘要】 为研究SA与高温锻炼(HA)对高温逆境下葡萄细胞中钙含量的影响,用原子吸收光谱法对其叶片中的可溶性钙及结合态钙含量进行了测定。结果表明:高温胁迫促进幼叶细胞中可溶性钙和总钙含量的增加,随着胁迫时间的延长,可溶性钙的增幅变大而总钙含量的增幅变小;经SA与HA分别处理后,可溶性钙和总钙含量的变化表现出同步性,并且它们都可以不同程度地缓减高温胁迫下钙含量的增加,以维持细胞中钙离子水平的稳定;特别是经HA处理后,可溶性钙含量的变化更加明显,各处理中的可溶性钙含量甚至都低于对照中的钙离子水平。所以从这个层面上说SA与HA对于提高葡萄抗热性的效果是一致的,但与SA相比,HA处理后的作用更为明显。
【Abstract】 The changes of soluble calcium and bound calcium content of grape(Vitis vinifera L.cv.Cabernet Sauvignon) leaves were determined in order to study the effect of calcium contents in grape leaves by heat acclimation(HA) and salicylic acid(SA) pretreatment under high temperature stress.The result showed that heat stress(HS) can improve the soluble calcium and total calcium content and enlarge the increase range of soluble calcium,while shorten in total calcium with the stress time lasting.The changes of soluble calcium and total calcium are synchronous after SA and HA pretreatment and they can abate the increase range of calcium content for keeping the steadiness in cells;especially,the changes of soluble calcium content are obvious because they are all lower than the calcium ion level of controls.Therefore,SA and HA are consistent in enhancing the Heat-Resistance of grape.Compared with SA,the effect with HA treatment is more obvious.
