红外多层增透膜系的模拟退火算法
Studies on the Simulated Annealing Algorithm for Multilayer Antireflection Coatings in the Infrared Region
【摘要】 构造了光学薄膜优化设计的评价函数,利用评价函数,用模拟退火算法设计了红外和远红外光区多层增透膜系,并与遗传算法的设计结果进行了比较。
【Abstract】 The paper constructs the cost function of the optical thin film,designs the multilayer antireflection coatings in the infrared and far infrared region.By simulated annealing algorithm,the paper compares the results of the simulated annealing algorithm with that of the genetic algorithm.
