C60基纳米结构膜的制备及其催化氧化甲醇的研究
Preparation and Catalytic Activity toward Methanol Oxidation of [60]Fullerene-based Nanostructured Film
【摘要】 采用光透电极(OTE)为基底,首次通过滴加涂覆C60溶胶的方法制备了纳米结构的C60 OTE薄膜,再电沉积Pt制得修饰电极Pt C60 OTE,并经扫描电镜表征。该修饰电极对甲醇氧化表现出显著的催化作用。催化效果随Pt和C60量的增加而增加,并存在最佳值。表明C60纳米簇可作为一种新型的碳基材料并在直接甲醇燃料电池中有潜在的应用前景。
【Abstract】 C60 clusters have been deposited as nanostructured films on optically transparent electrode (OTE) surfaces using an casting approach and characterized by SEM.Upon electrodeposition of platinum particles,these nanostructured C60 films show notable activity toward methanol oxidation.The catalytic activity is increased with increases of the amounts of C60 and Pt on the films,and can be optimized.These indicated that fullerene nanoclusters can be a new form of carbon support and have potential applications in Direct Methanol Fuel Cells.
