【摘要】 采用NaNO2 Al(NO3) 3 NaOH体系分光光度法测定维药祖卡木水提液总黄酮的含量。结果表明 :维药祖卡木水提液总黄酮平均含量 2 .1 2 % (n =6 ) ,RSD =2 .0 % ;平均回收率达 96 .2 6 % (n =9) ,RSD =2 .5 %。该法简便、快捷、准确 ,并且不需要专门对总黄酮进行提取、纯化处理 ,适合于维药祖卡木总黄酮水提液中含量测定更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of total flavonoids in the water extracts of Uygur medicine Zukamu was determined by spectrophotometry of NaNO₂-Al（NO₃）₃-NaOH system.The results showed:the mean content of total flavonoids in the water extracts of Uygur medicine Zukamu was 2.12%（n=6）,and the relative standard difference（RSD） was 0.04%. The mean recovery rate was 96.26%（n=9）,and RSD was 2.45%.The method was simple,rapid and accurate,and need not distill and purify the flavonoids specifically.It was proper for determinating the content of total flavonoids in the water extracts of Uygur medicine Zukamu.更多还原
