【摘要】 目的比较针灸与西药治疗各种妇科疾病引致的外阴瘙痒的临床疗效。方法将92例外阴瘙痒患者随机分为两组。治疗组应用秩边透水道为主治疗,对照组应用中药外洗及外用抗生素治疗。结果治疗组总有效率91.3%,对照组总有效率63.04%,经统计学处理,P<0.01,差异有显著性意义。结论针灸治疗外阴瘙痒的效果优于西药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the curative effects of acupuncture and Western medicine on vulvar pruritu due to gynecologic diseases. Methods Ninetytwo patients with vulvar pruritu were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by ZhibianthroughShuidao acupuncture as main therapy and the control group, by external application of herbal lotion and antibiotics. Results The total efficacy rate was 91.3% in the treatment group and 63.04% in the control group. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of acupuncture is better than that of Western medicine on vulvar pruritus.更多还原
