【摘要】 目的建立基于舌色视觉计算的中成药疗效评估方法。方法以自主研发WZX舌象颜色计算机分析系统、舌象分析软件1.0,对125例血瘀、心脾两虚、肾阳虚、肾阴虚、胃肠实热5组证型患者中成药(复方丹参片、归脾丸、金匮肾气丸、知柏地黄丸、三黄片)治疗前后舌色进行H、L、S、R、G、B测定,并以此作为疗效评估的指标。结果:125例患者治疗前舌质H、L、S与正常人比较及不同证型组间比较均有不同程度差异;同一证型治疗前后自身比较,也有一定差异,治疗后舌质H、L、S渐趋正常。结论舌色视觉计算方法作为中药疗效客观评价的方法之一是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the evaluation methods of ready-made Chinese medications on the basis of the tongue-color visual measurement. Methods Through WZX computer analysis system and software 1.0,125 subjects respectively of blood stasis, heart-spleen deficiency, kidney-yang deficiency, kidney-yin deficiency and stomach heat were respectively treated with“Fufang Danshen Tablet”,“Guipi Pill”,“Jingui Shenqi Pill”,“Zhibai Dihuang Pill”and“Sanhuang Tablet”;the H,L,S,R,G,B of tongue color were measured before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there were differences in H,L and S between these 125 subjects and healthy people;in the same syndrome, there was a difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment; after treatment, the H,L and S restored to normal. Conclusion The tongue-color visual measurement is a feasible method for evaluating the therapeutic effects of ready-made Chinese medications.更多还原
