斑点酶免疫试验检测人、鼠肺吸虫抗体的研究

【摘要】 目的探索检测斯氏肺吸虫抗体简便易行的方法。方法采用斑点酶免疫试验(EIA)检测斯氏肺吸虫患者和病鼠血清。结果斯氏肺吸虫患者和病鼠血清阳性率分别为92.9%和68.2%。同时观察了实验动物在感染前后血清中抗体的变化,结果在感染后第1周即开始出现阳性,第4周阳性率达90%以上,持续至10周。结论斑点EIA用于斯氏肺吸虫病诊断敏感性高、特异性强,可作为有用的实验诊断指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a dot-enzyme immunoassay (EIA) for the detection of antibody in sera of paragonimiasis patients and rats. Methods Antibodies to Pagumogonimus skrjabini were detected by dot-EIA. Results The positive rates of antibodies in paragonimiasis patients and rats were (92.9%) and (68.2%) respectively. In the animal experiment positive reaction began to occur in the first week of infection, the positive rate was over 90% in the fourth week,and prolonged to teenth weeks. Conclusions The dot-EIA could be used in the early diagnosis of paragonimiasis.
