【摘要】 目的　评价免疫透射比浊法(ITD)和胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法(LEITD)检测C 反应蛋白(CRP)的可 靠性及临床应用。方法　分别对2种方法进行线性评价、精密度评价、干扰评价,并对二者相关性进行分析。结 果　2种方法线性范围均符合要求;LEITD精密度和抗干扰性较ITD好;2种方法有较好的相关性。结论　使用 LEITD检测CRP优于ITD。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the reliability and clinical application of measuring C-reactive protein (CRP) by immunoturbidimetric assay(ITD) and latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay (LEITD). Methods The linearity,precision,interference and reliabil between the two methods were analyzed. Results The linear ranges of their regression met the clinical needs.The precision of LEITD was better than that of ITD.The two methods had a fair correlation.LEITD was sensitive and less interfered than ITD. Conclusions Both methods can be used.LEITD is better than ITD.更多还原
