【摘要】 目的 介绍用急性分离的心肌细胞进行免疫荧光染色的方法。方法 采用急性分离的成年大鼠心肌 细胞和培养的乳鼠心肌细胞为标本,分别用免疫荧光染色直接法和间接法对细胞的肌动蛋白和肌钙蛋白进行染 色。结果无论是用肌动蛋白或肌钙蛋白抗体,两种心肌细胞染色效果无明显差别。结论 可以尝试用急性分 离的成年大鼠心肌细胞为标本进行免疫荧光实验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To describe a method of immunofluorescence staining with acutely isolated cardiomyocytes from adult rats.Methods Acutely isolated myocytes from adult rat and cultured neonatal cardiomyocytes were immunostained with antibodies against to actin and tropon, respectively. Results Both acutely isolated cardiomyocyte and cultured neonatal cardiomyocytes were immunostained with antibodies against actin or troponin. Conclusions Acutely isolated cardiomyocyte can be visualized with immunofluorescence staining.更多还原
