【Abstract】 It is necessary for administrative organs to have the conception and responsibility of honesty in administration. Honesty in administration plays an underlying role in healthy operation of public administration. It safeguards the performance of administrative functions, and keeps and develops the order of public administration. Also, honesty in administration benefits to harmony between administrative organs and the public, and maintains a good image of administrative organs. Public administrative activities are processes of supply and demand of honesty in administration as well as those of supply and demand of administrative systems. Administrative organs at different levels should keep and improve honesty in administration in order to perform public administration satisfactorily.更多还原
