【Abstract】 Based on the demand originated from the development of Shanghai auto industry as well as comparison between domestic and foreign auto industries, analysis is given on the cultivation of highly-skilled talents in four aspects executed now by Shanghai auto industry. Finally, a creative cultivation for 5 kinds of highly-skilled talents is presented. It aims at the exploration of a cultivation and development mode for highly-skilled talent teams, which fits Shanghai auto industry.更多还原
