黄杨绢野螟的生物学特性及其防治

【摘要】 2001~2002年在上海地区研究了黄杨绢野螟的生物学特性。该虫一年发生3代,以幼虫越冬。幼虫期总食叶量9172.37±191.96mm2,总取食叶片数45±0.96张。1龄、2龄、3龄、4龄、5龄、6龄幼虫头壳宽度分别为0.32±0.01、0.61±0.03、1.22±0.05、1.65±0.08、2.46±0.11、3.93±0.12mm。室内卵平均孵化率为62.31%,用25%蜂蜜饲育,雌雄成虫寿命分别为8.02±0.18d和8.69±0.12d。雌雄性比为1.11:1。从室内药剂防治试验的结果来看,幼虫取食20%氰戊菊酯2000倍液、40%氧化乐果500倍液、30%乙酰甲胺磷1500倍液的喷雾叶片,6天后的校正死亡率分别为95.65%、100%、100%;生物农药中25%灭幼脲3号悬浮剂的防治效果相对较差,6天校正死亡率为56.52%。

【Abstract】 The bionomics of Diaphania perspectalis was observed in Shanghai during 2001~2002. It has 3 generations annually and overwinters as larva. The insect takes leaves as food of which the total number eated is 45±0.96 pieces.The total feeding area is 9172.37±191.96 mm2 by per larva. The width of headcapsule of the instar larva is 0.32±0.01、0.61±0.03、1.22±0.05、1.65±0.08、2.46±0.11、3.93±0.12mm. The hatch percentage of eggs was 62.31%in laboratory averagely. Adults were raised by 25%honey, the longevity of female and male is 8.02±0.18 and 8.69±0.12 days. The sexual radio of female to male was 1.11:1. The test resulted in laboratory showed that the corrected mortality is 95.65%、100%、100%six days after spraying with 20%Fenvalerate 2000 times、40%Omethoate 500 times、30%Acephate 1500 times. In bio-insecticide, the effect of 25%Benzoy Iphenyl Ureas was lower,the corrected mortality of the sixth day is 56.52%.
