雌二醇对小鼠正常淋巴细胞和致敏淋巴细胞活化的调节

【摘要】 为探讨雌二醇(E2)对正常和致敏淋巴细胞活化的调节作用,并分析了E2对ConA活化的小鼠正常和致敏淋巴细胞增值、抗体产生及TGF-β生成的影响。结果显示生理水平尤其是相当于小鼠动情间期水平的E2对致敏脾淋巴细胞增殖具有明显促进作用;对初始脾淋巴细胞增殖没有影响。较高水平E2诱导活化的脾细胞生成TGF-β,促进免疫鼠脾细胞生成特异性抗体;较低水平E2抑制特异性抗体生成,且抑制程度与脾细胞活化状态相关。

【Abstract】 To investigate the regulatory effect of estradiol-2(E2) on the differential regulation of activation of un-primed and primed mouse lymphocytes, the influences of E2 on the ConA induced proliferation , the production of antibodies and TGF-β were studied in the present study. The experimental results showed that E2 under physiological level, especially during period of estruation, demonstrated a remarkably enhancing effect on the proliferation of the primed lymphocytes of mice, but it showed no any influence on the proliferation of the initial lymphocytes of spleen. Higher level of E2 could induce production of TGF-β and specific antibodies by activated spleen cells, nevertheless the lower level of E2 suppressed the production of the specific antibodies with a correlation between the degree of suppression and the activation status of spleen cells.
