【摘要】 动物随机分组,建立ICR小鼠结核分枝杆菌H37RV株感染模型,研究复方中成药制剂杨氏欣痨宁胶囊(YLN)的免疫调节抗结核作用。为YLN的临床前研究提供基础研究依据。结果发现,YLN高剂量组能明显增加ICR小鼠胸腺重量指数。YLN高、中、低剂量组与猫爪草组增加ICR小鼠结核动物模型血清IFN-γ水平(P<0.05);YLN中剂量组则明显抑制血清IL-10水平(P<0.05)。表明YLN具有明显的免疫调节抗结核的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present investigation, the effects of a composite Chinese traditional medicine YLN capsule in mouse tuberculosis model was observed before its clinical uses. The ICR mouse model for tuberculosis was established, and the ICR mice were randomly divided into several groups for study. In which mice were injected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37RV. After application of this YLN capsules, the changes of the thymus weight indices and the serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 were observed. It was found that the thymus weight indices with high dosages of YLN capsules were markedly increased, and the serum levels of IFN-γ under all the groups treated singly with YIN and the "Mao Zhua Cao" group were increased , while the serum level of IL-10 in group treated with moderate dosage of YLN were reduced. These results indicate that YLN capsules show definite im-munoregulatory and anti-tuberculosis effects.更多还原
