地方猪种种质资源长期保存技术研究进展

【摘要】概述了我国地方猪种资源概况及保种的迫切性,冷冻保种研究现状及地方猪种种质资源长期保存的主要技术,包括猪种配子和胚胎冷冻技术、基因组DNA库、猪EG细胞、猪体细胞克隆技术及其在长期保存种中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are a large variety of local pig breeds in our country and many of them have particular characteristics, which are taken seriously by pig industry workers at home and abroad. Because of various reasons, some breeds are on the verge of extinction. The development of biotechnology makes it possible to preserve these pig breeds for a long time. Frozen gamete and embryo, DNA bank, EG cell, somatic nuclear transfer techniques and their roles in long-term conservation of local pig breeds are briefly discussed.更多还原
