上海郊区加拿大一枝黄花的发生危害与化学防除研究

【摘要】 调查结果表明,加拿大一枝黄花在上海郊区的发生面积已达7787.97hm2,其中荒地发生面积最大,占总发生面积的44.97%;绿地和农田发生面积分别占10.84%和8.37%,并有进一步蔓延的趋势。对10种防除阔叶杂草的苗后除草剂进行的评价结果表明,10%森草净SP375~750g/hm2、25%阿森纳SL750~1125g/hm2、25%秀百宫WG112.5g/hm2和20%绿磺隆WP22.5g/hm2对加拿大一枝黄花无性繁殖植株的防除效果达97.9%~100%,且持效期分别达到了35周以上、16~18周、12周、12周;20%克芜踪AS450g/hm2的防除效果虽达93.6%,但持效期仅2周;10%草甘膦AS1200g/hm2和20%使它隆EC150g/hm2的防除效果中等,分别为71.6%和61.6%,但持效期可达7~8周;48%苯达松AS2160g/hm2、23.5%割地草EC352.5g/hm2和20%二甲四氯钠AS900g/hm23种除草剂对加拿大一枝黄花无性繁殖植株基本无效或防效甚微。

【Abstract】 The citywide survey of Solidago canadensis L. was conducted in the suburbs of Shanghai between 2003~2004. The results showed that an area of 7787.97hm~2 was infected with S. canadensis, in which the area of infested wasteland was the largest (44.97%), and the areas of infested greenbelt and farmland amounted to 10.84% and 8.37% respectively. The area infected with S. canadensis would tend to further increase. Weed control efficiency evaluation experiments were carried out with 10 various postemergence herbicides in March of 2004. The results showed that S. canadensis could be effectively controlled by applying sulfometuron-methyl (375~750g a.i./hm~2), imazapyr (750~1125g a.i./hm~2), flazas-ulfuron ((112.5g a.i./hm~2) and) chlorsulfuron (22.5g a.i./hm~2). Their control effects reached 97.9%~100% and lasted over 35 weeks, 16~18 weeks, 12 weeks and 12 weeks respectively. The weed control efficiency of paraquat reached 93.6% at 450g a.i./hm~2 but its persistence was 2 weeks only. Applying glyphosate (1200g a.i./hm~2) and fluroxypyr (150 g a.i./hm~2) had a medium control effect and killed about 71.6% and 61.6% plants of S. canadensis respectively, and their effective duration was 7~8 weeks. The experiment also verified that MCPA-Na (900g a.i./hm~2), bentazone (2160g a.i./hm~2) and oxyfluorfen (352.5g a.i./hm~2) failed to control S. canadensis.
