三坐标数控加工的非均匀有理B样条适应性速度进给
The Non-Uniform Rational B-Splines (NURBS) Feedrate Adaptation for 3-Axis Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machining
【摘要】 针对当前普遍采用的恒定进给速度的非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)插补方法存在的矢高误差和进给率波动过大的问题,提出了两种NURBS插补方法控制矢高误差的方法和恒定材料去除率的方法.第1种方法能够把矢高误差控制在较低的范围内,提高了加工精度;第2种方法把矢高误差限定在了更低的范围内,并且实现了材料去除率的恒定,从而提高了加工质量,延长了刀具的使用寿命.
【Abstract】 The interpolator of constant feedrate is widely used in today’s NURBS interpolator, which would cause big chord error and feedrate fluctuation. To solve this problem, this paper proposed two NURBS interpolator methods: the interpolator of controlling chord error and the interpolator for constant material removal rate. The former can confine the chord error in a lower range, which can improve the machining accuracy; the latter can confine the chord error in a much lower range. More important, it can make the material removal rate constant, which can improve the machining quality and increase the service life of the cutter.
