【摘要】 运用演化博弈理论分析了我国房地产经纪人从业道德水准的演化规律.结果表明:经纪人的道德水准具有一个道德底线,经纪人的道德水准经过长期演化,会在该道德底线以上围绕一个演化稳定点呈现周期变化;经纪人道德底线的最终决定因素是顾客对经纪服务的依赖程度.基于上述结论对经纪人的审核和监管提出一些对策和建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,the domestic real estate brokerage industry is out of order to some extent.Especially,the moral level of brokers has been an anxious business.This paper analyzed the evolutionary law of brokers’ moral level with an evolutionary game theory.The result indicates: ① there is a baseline about the brokers’ moral level,and,with long-time evolution,the moral level will move seasonally encircling an evolutionary stable strategy(ESS);② the determinant factor of moral baseline is the extent that consumers rely on the brokers’ service.Based on it,some suggestions about how to supervise and administer brokers were given.更多还原
