【摘要】 市场需求变化使企业生产处于不稳定状态,易变的生产订单和生产排序引发生产更改成本.研究了自动库存反馈补偿的订单型生产控制(APIOBPCS)方法,提出基于APIOBPCS的生产控制模型,建立测量生产更改成本的数学表达式,分析控制模型的参数设置对系统成本性能的影响,并用工程实例验证模型的科学性和实用性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Production is instable because of market demand’s diversification: inconstant orders and sequences cause production adaptation cost.This paper focused on how to reduce production adaptation cost. First, it investigates the method of automated pipeline feedback compensated inventory and order based production control, presents the production control model based on APIOBPCS , then sets up a mathematical expression that can measure production adaptation cost, analyzes the influence of the parameters setting in the model for the system costs performances.
