基于全局最优的生产全过程分布式预测控制
Distributed Predictive Control Based on Plant-Wide Optimality
【摘要】 改进了基于纳什最优的分布式预测控制算法,提出了一种基于全局最优的分布式预测控制.在优化求解时考虑了各子过程间的协调.结合线性系统的动态矩阵控制(DMC)分析了算法的迭代收敛性,并与基于纳什优化的分布式预测控制算法进行了比较.仿真结果表明,算法迭代收敛于全局最优解,而不是纳什优化解.
【Abstract】 A distributed predictive control algorithm based on plant-wide optimality was proposed which improves the algorithm based on Nash optimality. The cooperation of each sub-process is considered while solving the optimization problem. The convergence property is studied combining with the distributed dynamic matrix control (DMC) algorithm. The comparison between the algorithm based on plant-wide optimality and the algorithm based on Nash optimality was also given. The simulation results show that the algorithm converges to the global optimal solution, but not the Nash optimal solution.
